SF US delivers hands-on facility and equipment support to federal installations and commercial properties. Our work includes HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, fire suppression, UPS preventive maintenance, elevator inspection and service, forklift and aerial lift O&M, and building infrastructure repair. We have performed under contract for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army, U.S. Coast Guard, and federal civilian agencies — managing preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and compliance-driven inspections across the country.

Environmental & Compliance Services

SF US manages environmental compliance work that federal and institutional facilities depend on. Our performed work includes asbestos abatement and HVAC remediation, lead-based paint testing, underground storage tank compliance testing, automatic door inspection programs, and vegetation and tree management.
