THE FOUNDER
Khaqan began his career in technology. After a year in the corporate world, he chose to serve, and enlisted with an engineering degree in hand.
He was assigned to an Attack Helicopter Battalion in New Jersey, where he qualified as a Black Hawk Crew Chief and Flight Engineer. His deployments included counter-narcotics operations, domestic disaster response, and NATO missions overseas. He also served as a safety NCO, responsible for the procedures and accountability that kept people and equipment safe across the installation.
Those years shaped how he works. He learned to prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and stay accountable when conditions change. He carried those habits into civilian life, and they remain the standard at SF US.

BUILDING SF US
A family-run business. One team for facilities and the technology behind them.
Khaqan founded SF US with his family in 2018. He is the first to say he did not build it alone. While he developed the operational framework, his brother ran day-to-day operations and his mother kept the business steady through its hardest stretches.
The company began with hands-on property work, managing two buildings and more than fifty units across multiple states. That experience gave Asad a clear view of a problem his clients shared. They were struggling with their buildings and with the technology behind them, and they were relying on separate vendors for issues that had the same root causes. He came to believe the two are best managed together.
That belief has guided the company since. SF US expanded into New York and New Jersey, completed the renovation and sale of two commercial buildings in Maine in 2025, and relocated its headquarters to Texas in 2026 to serve a growing base of federal and commercial clients.

Four connected areas, one team
SF US works in four connected areas: facility and operations support, engineering support services, drone-enabled inspections and aerial data collection, and workforce training and compliance programs.
It remains a family-managed company, with more than a dozen full-time staff and a network of trusted subcontractors. Asad’s aim is the same as when he started: to be a partner who understands the full picture and can be trusted to deliver on it.
