OUR STORY: A FAMILY AT WORK

MY STORY

After working one year in corporate, I left my tech career to serve. I took my engineering degree and enlisted.

I was assigned to an Attack Helicopter Battalion in New Jersey, where I trained and qualified as a Black Hawk Crew Chief and Flight Engineer. That role was equal parts technical and operational. I was responsible for aircraft readiness, pre- and post-flight inspections, in-flight systems monitoring, and working directly alongside pilots during live missions. The work left no room for cutting corners.

My deployments covered real and varied ground — counter-narcotics operations, domestic disaster response, and NATO missions overseas. In each environment, the variables changed but the standard didn’t. You prepare thoroughly, you communicate clearly, you adapt when conditions shift, and you bring the aircraft — and the crew — home.

Beyond flight operations, I held multiple safety NCO designations throughout my military career — responsible for equipment accountability, hangar safety protocols, chemical storage compliance, and fire prevention systems across the installation. I wrote procedures, ran briefings, and tracked corrective actions until incidents declined. When my unit needed a temporary station to manage troop demobilization, I ran that too.

These experiences — managing complex systems, maintaining accountability under pressure, coordinating across teams with different roles and priorities — became the foundation through which I would eventually build SF US. And when that time came, I did not build it alone.

FOUNDER PERSPECTIVE

“In the military, you learn quickly that preparation and accountability are not optional. When something breaks at altitude, there is no help desk ticket. You find the problem, you fix it, and you keep the mission moving. That standard is what I brought to this company — not as a slogan, but as a daily expectation.”

THE SPRING FOUNTAIN STORY

A family-run business. One roof. Every capability our clients need.

SF US was founded by my family in 2018 — not with a pitch deck or a niche, but with physical work.

While I was building the operational framework, my mother and brother were the ones on the ground making it run. My brother managed the day-to-day operations across the properties — coordinating tenants, handling maintenance calls, showing up when things broke. My mother kept the business grounded, tracking what mattered and holding the whole thing together when the work got hard. This was never a solo venture. It was a family that decided to build something together.

In those first years, we managed two buildings and more than fifty units across multiple states, handling everything from fire suppression and electrical systems to plumbing, carpentry, and basic technology support. The work was unglamorous and demanding. It required showing up, being accountable, and solving problems that didn’t come with clean instructions.

What became clear during that period was something most engineering firms never see up close: clients were struggling not just with their buildings, but with everything that ran behind the walls — the communication systems, the data workflows, the collaboration tools, the compliance tracking. They were managing three vendors where one should have been enough. Physical facilities and the technology that supported them were failing in the same ways, for the same underlying reasons. Nobody was connecting those two worlds under one roof.

That is what I set out to do. As our clients’ needs grew more complex, SF US grew with them — not by adding separate service lines, but by deepening one integrated capability. Work expanded into New York and New Jersey, where client relationships increasingly required technology support alongside facility operations as a single engagement, not two.

In 2025, we completed the renovation and sale of two commercial buildings in Maine — a project that required managing contractors, permitting, inspections, and timelines simultaneously. By 2026, I relocated headquarters to Texas to better serve a growing federal and commercial client base across the region.

Today, SF US operates across four connected areas: facility and operations support, engineering support services, drone-enabled inspections and aerial data collection, and workforce training and compliance programs. These are not separate service lines bolted together. They grew out of the same operational experience, and they are most effective when a client doesn’t have to coordinate between them — because they don’t have to.

WHY WE EXIST

The gap no one was filling

Most organizations that manage physical facilities — government buildings, commercial properties, multi-site operations — are also dealing with technology problems they did not sign up for. Their systems do not talk to each other. Their teams are working off different versions of the same document. Their inspection records live in a spreadsheet that nobody trusts. And when something goes wrong, they are on the phone with three different vendors, none of whom understand what the others do.

I built SF US to close that gap — not by doing one thing well, but by being the one partner that handles all of it.

I am not running a facilities company that dabbles in technology. I am not running a technology firm that manages the occasional building project. SF US is a family-built operation that has done both kinds of work at a meaningful level, under one roof, from the start. When a client’s digital workflows are disconnected from their facility operations, I see that as one problem with two symptoms. I know how to fix both — and the client only has to make one call.

That is why SF US exists. Not to provide any one service, but to give clients a single, experienced partner who understands the full picture — and can be trusted to deliver it.

Today, SF US is more than an idea that worked — it is a team managed by my family. More than a dozen full-time staff and scores of trusted subcontractors, working together on missions that matter. We show up for our clients, for each other, and for this country. 🇺🇸
