Chief Executive officer
Asad Khaqan is the Founder and Managing Member of SFUS, supporting government and Fortune 500 clients across IT services and facilities management. He helps organizations modernize digital workplaces, strengthen governance and security, and make change stick through practical training and clear documentation—while coordinating the people, processes, and vendors that keep facilities running smoothly. His background as a small-business owner and former service member informs a preference for disciplined, risk-aware planning and measurable results.
Asad believes in volunteering and public service. Time in uniform is part of that story and left him with a respect for process, accountability to the mission, and an appreciation for staying steady under pressure. He gives back to veterans and mentors young entrepreneurs, and Outside of work, he enjoys travel and photography—from quiet coastal walks to the occasional quiet Himalayan trail. His best friend is his young nephew; they build things, trade stories, and hunt for the best ice cream in town—simple reminders to keep it human.
KASH FAKIH
Chief OPERATING OFFICER
Kashif Fakih is the partner and chief operating officer of SFUS, where he oversees client engagement, contract execution, and operational strategy. With extensive experience across the U.S. market, Kashif combines strong business development skills with operational leadership to help clients achieve their goals in the federal contracting space.
Prior to SFUS, Kashif worked with Cisco Systems, where he developed expertise in technology-driven solutions, enterprise client management, and large-scale project delivery. This experience laid the foundation for his approach to federal contracting—focused on innovation, compliance, and measurable results.
Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to build lasting relationships, Kashif is also empathetic to his team, fostering an environment built on trust, collaboration, and accountability.
